'OpenReferenceGuide started with an aspiration to present genuine Neapolitan pizza to Via Tribunali, 32. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble, family-owned venture, building on recipes passed down through generations.

Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft on her Italian sojourns, learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, honoring classic techniques and sourcing the best ingredients.

From a cozy 12-seat pizzeria, we have evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains intact. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-fired oven methods, preparing our dough daily from scratch, and selecting top-tier ingredients.

Nowadays, 'OpenReferenceGuide' is still family-run, with the Rossi's next generation guiding our devoted crew. While certain modern enhancements have been adopted, the core of our mission is unwavering: to make delectable, genuine pizza that unites our community.
